Healthcare Services: Our services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals who specialize in diagnosing and treating a range of conditions. These services are available through telemedicine, doctor house calls, and clinical/dental appointments.


Medical Authority: The attending healthcare provider has the sole discretion to prescribe medication based on their clinical judgment. They may request pertinent medical records to make informed decisions.

Patient Responsibility: You must provide comprehensive health information, including medical history, current medications, and allergies. This is crucial for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Consultation Outcome: If a medical consultation is completed and a clinical opinion is provided, the consultation fee is non-refundable, regardless of the patient’s satisfaction with the advice or treatment plan suggested.

Prescription Policy: Any specific requests for prescriptions are subject to the attending doctor’s medical opinion. Doctors may decline prescription requests based on their professional assessment and your health information.

No Refund Policy: Once a clinical opinion is rendered during a consultation, the fee for the service will not be refunded. This applies to both telemedicine and house call visits. If a Clinical/Dental Appointment is scheduled for a hospital or clinic and the appointment happens there will be no refund provided.
